Angie's Sweets & Treats
Angie's Sweets & treats cart is either hired fully loaded with sweets or hired as the sweetcart only.
Placing an order with Angie's Sweets & Treats denotes that you have read, agreed and understood the terms and conditions listed below so please read these carefully. No alteration to these terms and conditions can be made unless I have agreed to these in writing.
All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products; specifications may vary slightly due to availability.
Orders will be guaranteed once the relevant payment has been received.
When booking I require a £25.00 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking, I will then require full payment along with the fully refundable damage deposit of £50 no later than 4 weeks to your event taking place. The fully refundable damage deposit will be given back to you at the end of your hire period upon the satisfactory collection of my cart.
However if your booking is less than 4 weeks away then I require full payment along with the fully refundable damage deposit of £50 prior to the goods being supplied.
I accept payment by cash or by cheque, however payment by cheque requires a cheque guarantee number and expiry date to be written on the back of the cheque.
If I haven’t received full payment 4 weeks before your booking, then I reserve the right to withdraw my acceptance of your order. No delivery will be made without full payment.
Should you wish to hire my Cart for longer than the time specified on my website, then please contact me for further details.
No refunds or credits will be issued for any returned or unused stock.
I reserve the right to withdraw my acceptance of your order on the basis of not being able to source the goods requested, this will result in an immediate refund of any monies paid to me by yourself.
I am fully aware of the serious risk to people who are allergic to nuts. It is with regret that due to cross contamination within the sweet factories that I am unable to guarantee that the products I supply have not come into contact with nuts or nut deriatives.
Any sweets provided by me that I know contains nuts will be clearly labelled and stored away from other products. All of my sweets are handled with hygiene gloves which will be changed if handling any sweets containing nuts.

Damages & refundable deposit
A fully refundable damage deposit of £50.00 is required along with full payment 4 weeks before the event, this is to ensure my cart is returned in the same condition for which it was left. The fully refundable damage deposit will be given back to you at the end of your hire perioed upon the satisfactory collection of my cart.
Should any damage occur then unfortunately this will result in a deduction from your deposit to replace any items.
Angie's Sweets & Treats Cart will be delivered and set up by myself or a representative of mine on a date and time specified by you the customer.
Should you have to cancel your booking the following charges will apply:
Within 4 weeks of the event - 50% of total cost
Within 2 weeks of the event - 100% of the total cost
The £50.00 breakage deposit will be fully refunded
